Comfort and Joy

A few weeks ago we trekked out to west Chicago for the Garfield Observatory Holiday Flower Show. Although it was a dreary day, the flowers brightened our moods and instilled some holiday spirit.

I love the poinsettias because they're so red.


I had no idea how many different varieties there are.


One could almost forget it was blizzarding outside, except for the snow boots.


If I was going to do a Christmas card, this would probably be on the front.
