So I have this addiction? To caffeine? And I can't live without at least some of it in my bloodstream? Or I get a terrible, can't-go-on-living headache? Ok, so we're all caught up. Well, I have been SLOWLY trying to reduce my caffeine intake. Slowly. I try very hard to stick to two Caffeine Units* a day. Mondays are usually the hardest, but I've been really good lately. Well, up until this Daylight Savings/Spring Forward nonsense. It's been a three Caffeine Unit Day every. facking. day. this week and I still go home and want to collapse on the couch into a little puddle of Ris instead of doing anything productive. I'm going to try to get back on track next week. Until then, I'm keeping Coca-Cola and Starbucks in business.
*A caffeine unit is described as:
1 (one) 12-oz can of Diet Coke
1 (one) Starbucks "Tall" Cafe Mocha (these are terrible for you)
1 (one) Starbucks "Tall" Mocha Frappuccino (these are too)
Chocolate in solid form does not count. Yes I know chocolate contains caffeine. Baby steps, people.
