Silent Stand-Off

The roommate and I are having a non-hostile, silent stand-off in the kitchen. We are both so passive-aggressive that it might never get resolved but here is the situation. Every morning she gets up at 6:45 and has to leave for work by about 7:45. I get up at 7:30 and have to leave for work by 8:30. We both value sleep so we allow ourselves the bare-minimum amount of get-ready time that we can afford. Roommate makes herself something every morning for breakfast. Makes as in prepares eggs or oatmeal or something else wholesome and all-american. I always eat cold cereal or a bagel. Not quite as good for me but whatever. The problem is, roommate always leaves the pot/pan she used on the stove, dirty. Unless I wash it before I leave for work, it sits there all day. I find this incredibly gross. Thing is, it's not my dish. I have the same amount of time to get ready in the morning as she does but my breakfast does not require anything more than a bowl or plate and a knife. I can just put these into the dishwasher. There have been a couple of days where I just wash her stupid pot/pan but the thing is, its not mine! And I know I'm being stupid and whiny but I have four jobs! I don't have any more time than she does and I do more housework and I don't want to wash her pans on top of that! Raarr! So today I'm leaving the pot on the stove and am just going to pretend that I didn't see it this morning before I left or today when I came home for lunch. We'll see what happens.
